This is Sweden's largest life science region
About 60 percent of all jobs within swedish life science are found in the Stockholm-Uppsala area. This was stated in a report presented at Scanlab & Biotech Forum today.
The purpose of the report is to be used as a basis for analyzing the companies that are in the region and what needs they have to grow. Several projects are now under way to boost business and innovation in the region.
"Another important aim of the survey is to show the world what assets are available here and that we are an attractive region to establish themselves in," said Madeleine Neil at Uppsala Bio.
